A native eastsider who has served Puget Sound families as a social worker, domestic violence advocate, and therapist for over 14 years, Nicole provides psychotherapy and healthy relationship counseling for children (4+), teens, and adults.

My clinical philosophy revolves around responding to a client's unique needs and goals with an individualized treatment plan. My overriding objective is to truly meet people where they are at and to walk with them at their own pace.
I specialize in empowering women and youth survivors of traumatic experiences to rebuild a sense of positive power in their lives. Combining expertise in child development with post-traumatic growth methods, I provide a healing environment based on foundations of empathy, genuine connection, and mutual respect.
